For the biography if we do a woman do we put her maiden name or her married name.

The maiden name could be in the middle with parentheses for example:

Jane (Smith) Doe

for the important poem, do we use the one that's in our biography directions/guidelines? or do we have to rewrite/type it on a seperate sheet of paper?

Type the poem on a separate piece of paper.

You will not turn in anything that was handed out with the biography project - (only the file folder).
